Join My Green Prescription for this nature-based parent and baby group.
Being in nature is one of the best sensory experiences for babies. Safely with their parents, they can explore the magic of the woodland.
Parents will be given craft activities to enjoy with baby helping out, to produce something they can take home.
Babies love to be engaged in the hammocks and looking up to the wonderful tree canopy.
The benefits of being in nature are numerous from boosting our moods to alleviating feelings of fatigue.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet other parents, share your parenting journey, feel supported and connect to nature.
